Father's Meeting

Hi!

This month LLL of Spotsylvania’s monthly meeting will be a “Father’s meeting”. Please join us for a meeting honoring the essential role a nursing mother’s support system plays in her ability to reach her breastfeeding goals. 

It will be held June 4^th between 6-8 pm at 7838 Curtis Lane, Spotsylvania, VA. Refreshments will be served. Please feel free to join us for part or this entire special event. RSVP to lllofspotsylvania@gmail.com and call (540)895-5690 for directions. Hope to see everyone there!

Breastfeeding Cafe location change

We're changing the location of the breastfeeding cafe!

Starting this Monday, April 23rd, the breastfeeding cafe will be located at 7838 Curtis Lane. The mailbox is on the left and clearly marked. Down the driveway is a yellow house with blue shutters. RSVP by Monday at 8 am (540)895-5690. Complimentary coffee, tea and gluten free muffins will be served.

Breastfeeding Cafe

The Breastfeeding Cafe is a weekly meeting for women who are interested in, have, or are breastfeeding.

Our goal is to provide an informal meeting to help women in our community reach their breastfeeding goals. While this meeting is social and a great place to get to know other moms and babies, it can be especially helpful for women who have special challenges and obstacles to overcome. Mothers can get extra, weekly, one-on-one help from a leader and league mothers.

• Returning to work
• Dealing with more complex breastfeeding challenges
• Needing to chat 

... come and get support from like-minded breastfeeding mothers about the triumphs and challenges of breastfeeding!

Knowing I could rely on that weekly meeting to get solid, evidence based information about breastfeeding was so reassuring!
